Orders can be placed only through www.e-daag.com.pl. We begin processing an order within 24 hours after full payment has been completed. Orders placed over a weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Customer can make a change to their order only up to the point of us processing the order. Shipping costs are added to the order price at the rates indicated in the Shipping Information.
Customers can choose their currency at the time of order placing. All prices include applicable taxes. The price does not include any customs fee. When you have completed your order, an e-mail will be sent to confirm it.
Orders are delivered by courier. Our courier services are fully trackable.
Orders may be processed online, using a credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard) or via PayPal.
By law, within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery, you have the right to return your goods without giving a reason, thus renouncing the contract of sale, by law, in according with the general rules regarding contracts concluded at a distance. This applies only to consumer sales. You must send the purchased product in undamaged condition and in the original packaging with its entire contents. Returned merchandise should include all original tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Include the return original receipt of purchase that you received with your order and written declaration, in which you express your wish to return the product, as well as the account number to which payment is to be refunded. Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. Please note: Returns will not be accepted without proof of purchase.
If all these conditions are not met, the return of the product will not be accepted.
You must pay the costs of returning the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

The money will be refunded to the indicated account within 14 days.
If your attempt to return the product is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will e-mail you a notification that the return of the product has not been accepted. Next the product will be send back to the indicated return address within 7 working days.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery does not match your order (wrong product or if a missing products), please contact our customer service team. If you choose to contact us through e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture, showing a problem with a product your enquire is about.
All our bags are under a 24-month guarantee from the date of your purchase. If within this period you find a fault, the bag will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced at no extra cost (usually an original proof of purchase will be required). If the bag cannot be repaired and the buyer chooses not to accept a replacement bag, the bag will be returned back to the customer. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear process, it is not always possible to restore your bag's original condition.
Our warranty applies to the product used for the purpose intended by the producer, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear or unreasonable use. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only.
Leather is a natural material which requires particular care. Each product is made from the finest leather and sustains the wonderful aroma of leather. The surface of a leather item may show creases and scratches that give unique character to this material.
Leather goods should be protected from heat and direct sunlight as they can cause the change of colour. Keep the item covered from heavy rain. If your leather bag becomes wet, do not use a hair dryer or other heat source to dry it. Carefully wipe away excess moisture and allow the bag to air dry. Remember to keep it in shape you intend for it as leather can become misshaped after contact with water.
Don't wear light colour handbags with dark clothing as the dye from the clothing may run and transfer to the handbag damaging the colour, becoming one of the most difficult stains to remove.
Always follow the manufacturer's instruction for leather goods maintenance and storage. Before using any type of product on the bag, test it on a spot that won't be clearly visible. To clean leather, simply wipe it with a soft damp cloth. Use a white cloth to prevent color transfer. Water damages leather, so ensure the cloth is damp not wet.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to us, however, we will return it back to you free of charge
The complaints will be investigated in accordance with the 27 July 2002 Act about special terms of retail sale and in accordance with the changes in the civil code.

Customer is responsible for meeting shipping costs in order to return the product. We will not accept COD. We strongly advise using a traceable carrier & insurance to cover the value of your return.
Personal data supplied to us by customers is processed in accordance with the law, in particular th Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (Dz.U. no. 133 item 883 as amended). Personal data of our customers is stored on servers which ensure the complete security. Only authorized employees of the Store have access to this database.
Every customer who has supplied their personal can obtain full access to this information for the purpose of verifying it, modifying it or demanding its deletion.
The store does not convey, sell or lend customer personal data to third parties, except with the explicit consent or at the request of the customer or at the demand of legally empowered state authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings.
Minors (under the age of 18) are not allowed to submit any Personal Data to us or to place orders. E-daag will accept no liability for the use of this Site by children and minors and reserves all rights to refuse orders placed by children or minors.
You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords associated with your account that you create through this website. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify e-daag Customer Service immediately.
